CRUTECH Renames as UNICROSS (University of Cross River State)
The Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) has been renewed as University of Cross River State (UNICROSS).
The governor of Cross River State , Benedict Ayade. Benedict
assented the bill at the Governor’s Office, Calabar on Monday, February 15, 2021.
With this new development, the state University becomes a conventional University that can offer all courses including Law, Medicine etc.
The bill for the change of name and other related matters was sponsored by Hon. Peter Odey, member Representing, Ogoja Local Government Constituency as approved by the governor.
