Gaining admission into UNIZIK hasn’t been an easy ride. It won’t be any easier in 2021.

In this post we have highlighted some of the courses you can opt for and easily be considered for admission into the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

it must however be noted that, the below courses are less competitive not because there are not good courses, but because UNIZIK do receive few applications.

So they don’t have many applicants each year.

That makes them less competitive.

For example, over 6,000 candidates with the intention of studying Law/medicine and surgery make UNIZIK first choice each year.

Of that number, only about 250 are admitted each year.

So the other 5,850 candidates don’t get admission.

Whereas in another course, 800 candidates can apply and 300 will be admitted. Leaving 500 not getting admission.

This simple illustration explains why admission cut off marks vary.

While cut off mark of some courses are very high, others are lower.
