Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and determine shipment methods while scheduling distribution.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely material movement.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
• Assemble crates and containers for shipping purposes.
• Verify and inspect incoming goods against accompanying documents.
• Keep accurate records of inventory, shortages, and any rejected items.
• Route products to appropriate storage areas and handle the packing and unpacking of goods.
• Attach shipping instructions and labels to shipments.
• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, managing material handlers and other staff.
• Operate forklifts, CNC machines, and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain shipping documentation and track goods in transit.

Qualifications:

• Language: Must be proficient in English.
• Education: A secondary (high school) diploma is required.
• Experience: Previous experience is advantageous, but not required—training will be provided.

Work Environment:

• Industrial and warehouse facilities, including manufacturing settings.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in software such as database management tools, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Suite.

Security & Travel Requirements:

• Must be bondable, with a clean criminal record, basic security clearance, and valid driver’s license.
• A personal vehicle is required due to limited access to public transportation.

Physical & Work Conditions:

• Fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 100 lbs, as well as tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and extended periods of standing.
