Shifts Available: Morning, Night, Overnight

As a Warehouse Worker at Trouw Nutrition, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately handling incoming and outgoing products, maintaining stock rotation, and contributing to a clean and organized environment. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced setting, operating automated systems and supporting the overall warehouse workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate tracking and recording of both incoming and outgoing products
  • Maintain proper stock rotation as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Operate automated bagging systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Organize the warehouse and ensure cleanliness through regular housekeeping duties
  • Achieve daily picking targets
  • Perform inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
  • Maintain a constant focus on quality
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a mill setting
  • Strong leadership, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and experience with forklifts
  • A passion for your work and a positive attitude
  • Effective multitasking and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and teamwork abilities
  • High integrity, with a focus on continuous improvement and respect for others

Good to Know:

  • Full-time position with rotating shifts and overtime as required
  • Permanent, unionized role
  • Ability to work shifts is a must
  • Physical requirements include regular bending, lifting up to 25 kg, climbing ladders, and working at heights
